Our Work

In 2024, the Wyoming Local News Fund published the Wyoming Local News & Information Ecosystem Report, an examination of our media ecosystem, including our challenges, assets, and opportunities. This study, the first of its kind in the Equality State, was a top priority for the Wyoming Local News Fund, as it laid the foundation for all future work of the Fund. 

With this report now complete, the WLNF and its Advisory Board are turning their attention to designing and executing a strategic plan centered on the study’s key findings. The plan aims to strengthen and revolutionize Wyoming’s news and information ecosystem.
